Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
